I just ate 2,50dl of carrot and ginger-soup. I know it has only 79  calories or so, but I don't know is that 79 for one serving or for the whole cattle? I feel so full, it makes me nervous. Just want to go and throw it all up. I am going to go running later. I feel so fat.

Full tummy=you're getting fatter. I hate myself.
